IGM d.o.o. is a construction company performing works ranging from 'roh-bau' to finishing stages, with a special focus on turnkey construction projects.

The company headquarters is located in Mandalenčići, in the municipality of Gračišće, near the town of Pazin, in central Istria. Founded in 2020 by experienced civil engineers, the company’s mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services, ensuring a professional and responsible approach to every project.

Our offer includes primary construction works, such as excavation and the construction of "roh-bau" structures, as well as concrete and masonry works for renovations, landscaping, and swimming pools. In addition, in collaboration with trusted and reliable partners from our region, we carry out a complete range of interior and exterior works, from hydro and thermal insulation, screeds, plastering, and flooring to painting and facade works, ensuring quality and precision until project completion.

With specialized partners, we perform plumbing and electrical installations, heating and cooling systems, as well as works related to pool technology. When designing swimming pools, yards, and outdoor spaces, we pay attention to every detail, precisely fulfilling the wishes and needs of our clients.
